The challenge

Road freight in Southern Africa runs on shippers, transporters and drivers who rarely share a system, so open loads, acceptances, truck and trailer assignments, partner document checks and tracking consent live in WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and phone calls.

Architecture

One operations Admin serving two models side by side: SaaS fleet companies with role-scoped users, and a LaaS trip marketplace connecting shippers, transporters and drivers.

Solution

TechMania built/customized the Admin for a client: dashboard; fleet-company profiles, users, roles and multi-stop trips; shipper and transporter accounts and profiles with verification; driver roster and analytics; five-board trip lifecycle with exports; tracking-consent records, trip-request queue, chat list and app content management.

Results

SaaS fleet companies and LaaS trip operations run from one Admin, trip status is visible across five lifecycle boards with export, and verification, driver documents and tracking consent sit beside the directories they belong to.
